Sarbanes-Oxley Express (SOX Express) from OpenPages has been selected by MultiCare Health System for its compliance activities.

The Washington based health organisation will use SOX Express to automate the testing and reviewing of its internal controls documentation to reduce costs and time.

The main targets are the 302 and 404 sections. These deal directly with attestation of management and auditors to the effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting.

MultiCare is a not-for-profit organisation that covers healthcare in the Washington area. Although not a public company, it still wants to ensure that internal controls over finance are still working.
