Mercury Interactive has launched a new integration of it Mercury Real User Monitor with its Application Performance Management offerings.

Real User Monitor is software that captures the real user experience and helps IT teams prioritize problem resolution.

Mercury is hosting a webinar on April 20 to demonstrate the suite, "Application Problem Resolution with Real User Monitoring and Diagnostics".

"When our operations team has access to real user data that captures what users are experiencing, they can resolve performance problems more efficiently," said Jason Lish, IT manager at Honeywell. "With integrated real user monitoring and diagnostics capabilities, Mercury's enhanced application performance lifecycle offering would remove the guesswork from application problem resolution. This would also enable operations, application development and quality assurance teams to collaborate and minimize the business impact of application problems."
