Two new IP telephony products, have been released by Mitel, aimed at the SME market.

The systems, 3300CX and 3300CXi, are used in VoIP and videoconferencing. Voicemail, caller ID functionality to link to data information and XML web.

Which systems to buy depends on the users network. If the customer does not have a data network then the 330CXi is the one. Offering an integrated system with voice, video data over broadband. Security is fully featured with IP security and firewall.

Should the data network be in place, the 3300CX Voice functionality mirrors that of the 3300CXi.
