AMX International, Inc., a Certified Partner in the OracleŽ PartnerNetwork, and vendor of enterprise software solutions, has acquired CBM Solutions, Inc., a provider of implementation services for Oracle E-Business Suite.

AMX International is positioning itself to provide complete enterprise software and technology solutions to Oracle and J.D. Edwards customers worldwide. AMX is marketing its services to help identify the migration and upgrade choices now available to customers, as Oracle begins to merge their three-fold business software applications into one unified solution through Project Fusion in 2008.
