Software publisher Navarre Corporation has regained compliance with NASDAQ's listing requirements. Navarre's trading symbol will accordingly revert to "NAVR" from "NAVRE" from November 25 2005. "The de-listing ocurred because financial statements in Navarre's Form 10-Q had not been reviewed by the auditors. This failed to comply with the Statement on Auditing Standards No. 100, and since the Form 10-Q did not include the requisite certifications under Sections 302 and 906 under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
