Archer Technologies Wins SC Magazine Award for Best Security Solution for Government 2006

SAN JOSE, Calif. (Feb. 15, 2006) – Archer Technologies (Archer), a leader in enterprise security and compliance management solutions, announced today the company’s Enterprise Security Management product has been named Best Security Solution for Government in SC Magazine's U.S. Excellence Awards for 2006.

SC Magazine recognized Archer for its superior achievements in creating a software product configurable to enterprise security needs and organizational structure, empowering customers to easily adapt Archer’s solutions to their unique and changing requirements.

The SC Magazine Excellence Awards 2006 were determined by a panel of network security industry experts. Products considered for this award integrate security solutions to protect against complex threats. Archer was also awarded the Reader Trust Award for Best Policy Management and was a finalist in SC Magazine’s Best Security Solution and Best Security Management Tool categories.

These industry achievements were acknowledged during SC Magazine’s U.S. Awards ceremony at The Fairmont Hotel in San Jose, Calif., on Feb. 14, 2006.

SC Magazine previously recognized Archer for professional achievement and technical excellence with its Best Security Solution for Financial Services award in 2005.
